File and base transfer According to the schedule we set, we transfer the site files and base, and in some cases, emails.
Check your site See if everything is working as it should and we can proceed to complete the process.
Update the domain name and complete Once you confirm that everything is "playing" correctly, you will need to update your domain name's DNS records to start responding from your new package. If you don't know how to do this, you can ask us.
2nd way: Do the transfer yourself
If you have the knowledge required to do the transfer of your site, you can do the process yourself. The steps are pretty much the same:

If you have less than six months of hosting left with your previous provider and you have chosen Pointer to host your site, then we will add these months to the annual package, without any extra financial charge. You just need to prove to us that your package at the other provider has an active duration by giving us access to your customer account showing the expiry date.
If you pay by debit, credit card or Paypal, then your package is activated immediately and you are emailed the login codes to the hosting control panel and the ftp codes. If you pay by deposit to a bank account, then the package is activated as soon as we see the deposit or after your notification.
