No. We will make an effort to secure it, but we cannot guarantee that we will succeed. The domain name may eventually be renewed by its current owner or someone else may succeed in registering it once it becomes available.

The cost of the service is 15€ + VAT and, if the registration attempt is successful, you have 4 days to pay the domain name registration fee.

You will be notified by email that the domain has been renewed and you will be able to renew the backorder so that we can make an attempt at its next expiration.

There are three possible reasons why this might be the case:

  1. Someone else has already activated the backorder service for this domain name.

  2. The domain name is not within the domain extensions available for backorder. At the moment only the .gr extension is supported.

  3. The domain name expires more than 2 years from today.

No. The €15 fee covers the backorder service and the attempt to register the domain name when it becomes available. This fee is non-refundable if the domain is renewed by its current owner or if the backorder process does not result in a successful registration. The charge applies to the service provided and does not guarantee acquisition of the domain name.
