What is reseller hosting?

If you buy a reseller package you can sell hosting packages to your customers as if you have your own hosting services. You can manage your own resources of your reseller and you can open hosting accounts for your customers. Reselling is done usually for profit . Y ou can give access to the control panel (Plesk or Cpanel) to your client in order to manage his account. We undertake the entire management of the server, while you focus on doing sales.

Can i have profit if i have a Pointer's reseller package?

You can build your own packages through your reseller account and sell as many hosting accounts you want and at the right price . For example, if you give us 20 euros per month for the reseller account and you have reached the 30 customers, you can easily sell each pack of 5 euros per month, earning 130 euros . We have several partners who have 150-200 own customers in a reseller package.

Who is responsible for the technical matters;

We are ! Hardware and Software upgrades, technical issues of the server, security updates and settings, speed optimizing and all the rest. You should not worry about technical support .

Will Pointer's logo be shown somewere at my panel or at my customer's accounts?

We understand the importance of the independence of the provider. We do not appear anywhere . The logo of Pointer is nowhere , instead you can upload your own. T here is no possibility to communicate with your client for any reason .

Can i upgrade or downgrade my reseller hosting package easily?

If the resourses of your hosting package are not enough for you , you can upgrade your package online by pressing a button . The sites of your customers will not have any problem with this procedure. If your resources ( disk, traffic) are more than you need, you can downgrade your package by using the same process.

Can i also resell domain names under my reseller hosting account?

If you would like to resell domain name s through your own site we have created a special module that connects to the WHMCS which is the most widespread system of selling and managing of domain names and hosting. Can i have my own name servers?

Yes you can. The name server will have the form of e.g. ns1.yourdomainname.gr and ns2. yourdomainname .gr. If you find this difficult, you can ask our technical department to register your name servers and installing them.
